I’m travelling through Italy this week collecting inspiration for new tastes, techniques, and tips to share on Greg Nelson Cooks. In the coming weeks I’ll share easy recipes for classic sauces, baked savory dishes, and even a pasta that’s guzzled a whole bottle of wine.
