Antipasti and other skewers are a great “low effort, high reward” party appetizer. The combination of ingredients you can choose is nearly endless. Here are several combinations for you to consider:

Caprese skewers: mini-mozzarella balls, a basil leaf, and a cherry tomato. If you are feeling fancy you could add a drizzle of good balsamic vinegar over the mozzarella
Charcuterie skewers: a slice of salami, a pitted olive, a piece of an artichoke heart, and a little cube of hard cheese
“Street Fair” skewers: Roast sausage links along with thin red onion wedges and bite size pieces of red bell peppers. Left them all cool, slice the sausage into medallions and skewer medallions along with an onion wedge and piece of red pepper. Also consider adding a marinated mushroom into the mix
Cheese tortellini skewers: This one is not an antipasto, but a pasta…. Boil the tortellini according to package directions, drain and gently toss with your favorite pasta sauce. Let them completely cool and skewer away!

These are just a handful of ideas. With skewers at the ready you can create just about any appetizer you can think of! Whatever ingredients you choose, party skewers are sure to stand out on any buffet table.
What great ideas. All of them sound delicious
